Awana
What is Awana?
Awana meets Wednesday evenings from 6:00 until 7:45 pm from September through April. Children from age 3 through 6th grade are welcome to participate in this popular program that is all about having fun with a purpose: to win and grow kids for Christ.
Awana begins Wednesday, September 8, 2010.
Annual Club Fee: $30
The Awana program was introduced at FBC in 2001 and has grown steadily over the years and attracts children and families from area churches as far away as 40 miles! We have so much fun together on Wednesday nights!
Awana begins every Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm with registration for Sparks and T & T in our big gym. Sparks club is for Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders. T & T club is 3rd – 6th grade. We have a club for our 3 and 4 year olds called Cubbies and they meet separately from the older kids in an age-appropriate learning environment.
Children are welcome to join any time of the year if we have openings in their age group.
We especially love visitors! If you want to come and observe and see what all the excitement is about, please do so! We will put a visitor badge on you and give you the grand tour.
