Welcome to First Baptist Church at Savoy!
First Visit?
It's simple. Click the button to design your first visit to FBC. After providing some basic information, one of our team members will help you have the best possible experience when you visit us for the first time.
You will be contacted by phone before the designated Sunday to discuss and confirm the arrangements. On the Sunday morning that you arrive, we will meet you at a chosen location and guide you through your first visit with us. All questions answered, introductions made to other members, and a tour of the church building. We look forward to meeting you!
Here is a quickstart guide:
Parking: We recommend entering our parking lot from the south side off Burwash Avenue. There is plenty of parking and many handicapped parking spaces for you. The most popular entrance is our southeast door. As you enter you will be personally greeted and will see the Information Center with helpful people to answer your questions.

Kid's Programs: We have an excellent nursery/toddler area for our 8:15 am service. During our 9:30 am Sunday School hour, we have graded programs for your preschoolers through 5th grade. Our greeter will gladly show you to our Children’s area for sign-up. During the 10:45 am worship, you can take your children to our Children's Church. They can also attend the worship service with you.

Middle and High School: On Sunday mornings, students can attend Sunday School in the Café area during our 9:30 am Sunday School hour. They also have their own upbeat weekly meeting every Sunday evening with our 24/7 Youth Ministries.

Music: The time of worship through music helps focus our minds on Him and prepare our hearts for the message. At FBC, we have the option of both contemporary and traditional styles of music, both venues are designed to appropriately enhance the teaching of the day.

Teaching: We feel that teaching is one of our main goals at FBC. We focus on growing in our understanding of how to develop our relationship with Jesus Christ. We have a wide variety of adult Sunday School classes at 9:30 am. Pastor Randy is our main Worship Service speaker and he speaks live in all three worship services.
